Plonter

Choreography and dance: Michal Mualem (Israel)

Duration 15 minutes

This work was created over a long period of time by going through several stages. It deals with feelings of "loss", feelings inherent in the impossibility of moving from a certain life condition or from its insistent repetition even when apparently we seem to "proceed" on our own path. But he also explores the beauty inherent in living and the fragility of the "moment", impossible for us to stop or hold back in its inevitable rush through time, having no choice but to let it go to proceed to the next one, like a child who can pass from cry to laughter in the space of a single millisecond.

All those intimate "moments" contain together our fears, our anger and passion, our deep love and our fragility, our infinite resources of strength that very often we do not even believe it is possible to possess them within us….

All those moments are already part of us, kept in the most secret places of our being and re-emerge when we often don't expect them.

A ROYAL BIRD / The Queen

Choreography and direction Luciano Padovani

Dance: Alice Carrino

Baroque music and original sounds: Diego Dall'Osto

Costume: Lucia Lapolla

Duration: 15 minutes

The destructuring of power.

I started with Baroque iconography and Van Eyck's painting.

Fascinated by the rigorous and austere figures of the queens always depicted with enormous ruffs, whitewashed or embellished faces, long and rich damask cloaks.

The power in the maximum of its representation. But power is perhaps only a facade that reveals an unsuspected and human fragility.

THE RITE

Choreography and direction: Luciano Padovani

Dance: Elisa Spina

Costumes: Lucia Lapolla

Duration: 15 minutes

A play of lights to discover a world of images. Dense atmospheres to tell smells, tastes, sounds. A journey into the mystery.

JOHN

Choreography and direction: Jorge Jakas (Israel / Spain)

Dance: Jessica D'Angelo and John (puppet) by Mauro Zocchetta

Costumes: Lucia Lapolla

Duration: 15 minutes

The young Israeli-Spanish author has created a piece that explores, through the thought of Roland Barthes, the love universe understood as 'momentum'.

A lost love, a last dance done together. Memories that run after each other, nostalgia for him.

A piece with a bittersweet flavor, where irony and strength come together thanks to the strength of the two performers.

Lei Jessi, he John (a puppet made by set designer Mauro Zocchetta)
